Stafford House
Stafford House is a nonprofit organization that has served children and families for over 70 years. The organization’s mission is to enrich the lives of underprivileged youth through safe-affordable housing, education, and job training. Stafford House sponsors programs that empower young people to make their community better and improve the quality of their lives. The organization is embarking on its first mixed-use development in the North End neighborhood of Detroit.
Jumi Consulting Group provides Stafford House with predevelopment services including proforma modeling and liaising with the financiers, as the organization advances their mixed-use development project. Jumi Consulting Group worked with Stafford House to secure a MSHDA Missing Middle Housing Program Grant for the organization’s upcoming housing development.
