Sadza Space
Sadza Space is the future home for the Zimbabwe Cultural Center in Detroit (ZCCD) and the headquarters for the Wire-car Auto Workers Association of Detroit (WAWAD). The organization’s mission is to create a community where borders are porous, relationships are formed, and collaborations through art, music and food are created.
Jumi Consulting Group provides Sadza Space with predevelopment services including proforma modeling and due diligence facilitation (coordination between contractor, architect, municipal staff, and financiers) as the organization embarks on developing a headquarters in Detroit.
