Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)’s mission is to achieve long-term economic prosperity for Michiganders by investing in communities, enabling the growth of good jobs and promoting Michigan’s strong image worldwide. The MEDC provides resources to businesses and developers and hosted an Emerging Developers Roadshow throughout Michigan in 2023, to give an overview of the basic principles of development and connect developers with resources. On behalf of Jumi Consulting Group, Jubek facilitated a panel titled, “How much will it cost?” with experienced contractors and developers at the Oak Park Emerging Developers Roadshow.
